Building the onboarding and configuration module of a Revenue Engineering platform.

Impressive expertise, flexible pricing

"We had a finished design for Konsole's onboarding flow but no internal bandwidth to build it without slowing down our core product. We needed a team that could take our Figma flow, ask the right technical questions, and ship a module that plugs straight into the app. Brumaire did exactly that. The wizard runs in production, our users get through it on their own, and we never had to rebuild anything they delivered."

About YOUNO

Youno is the first French Revenue Engineering collective for B2B SaaS. We design and deploy automated, documented and scalable acquisition systems for sales and RevOps teams. Our internal platform, Konsole, replaces the patchwork of project and CRM tools most revenue teams stitch together.

Konsole's Onboarding Wizard & Configuration Module

A guided multi-step wizard that walks new Youno clients through CRM connection, team setup, pipeline mapping and automation preferences. The module turns a setup that used to require a dedicated YOUNO consultant into a flow that any RevOps lead can complete on their own.

THE CHALLENGE

New Konsole users had to connect a CRM, map their sales pipeline, assign team roles and pick automation rules before the platform became usable. Every new client required a YOUNO consultant to run the setup live.

The Youno team had a complete design system and a finished Figma flow for the wizard, but no internal engineering bandwidth to build it without slowing down core product development.

The wizard needed conditional logic. A HubSpot user shouldn't see the same questions as an Attio user, and a 5-person team shouldn't go through the same setup as a 50-person org.

Each step had to save progress server-side and let users resume the flow later from any device, without losing previous answers.

The Solution

Check-icon

We built the full wizard from the design handed over by the Youno team. Each step is a standalone React component connected to a shared state machine that handles the conditional branching.

Check-icon

Backend integration uses Next.js API routes that save progress to the Konsole database after each step, with full session resume from any device.

Check-icon

The CRM logic adapts the question flow in real time. A HubSpot user sees different fields than an Attio user, and the connection is handled inside the same step rather than as a separate setup.

Check-icon

A configuration module reads the wizard answers and provisions the user's Konsole workspace automatically: pipeline stages, default views and automation rules.

Check-icon

We handed over documentation so the Youno team can add new CRMs or new automation modules to the wizard later, without coming back to us.
